The same day the city manager resigns after years of malfeasance, the police departments internal afairs sergeant is arrested on drug charges!! What the hell? Someone google this guy and read the news stories of his history at APD. The mayor says he was a good cop?? You’re kidding me! Who made this guy the internal affairs sergeant?
