Visit Neptune Beach with Mr. Solo

With a slow news week (so far, so good) this is a pleasant time to take a peek into the past. In this case, the featured past is Neptune Beach, that big lug of entertainment with carnival rides, huge swimming pools and games and (occasionally) prizes. It was the 1930s, and Mr. Solo was there.
