However the sign is gone, and the New Zealander appears closed…perhaps for good? Unfortunate as the NZ was a rather unique institution. And there isn’t too much else of note on this corner of the island.

I had reservations for today (1/31/10) which I’d made only 2 weeks ago, only to show up and find out the place was closed. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.
