The movie about bad teachers is a sign that people are so unable to accept responsibility for their own in-action that they blame those doing the work. A significant issue in all of this concerns the difficulty of people to come together and get stuff done because we are so out of practice doing it. We need the people in the community to help the schools. ALL the people. This takes coordination and planning. It is very hard to get a group together to agree how to improve education and more difficult to get them to act together. This is why so many sat on the sidelines and just paid taxes. There are more people who have volunteered and quit than are still in the game because it is hard to work together. First plan on how to work together, then call the big meeting asking for more help.Take small steps but keep stepping!
