An exhibit of paintings featuring Alameda scenes by Sterling Hoffman is now open at the Frank Bette Center for the Arts, 1601 Paru Street at Lincoln Avenue. The show will be available for viewing through August 4.

Hoffmann is a long-time artist and studied graphic design at San Jose State University. He enjoys drawing and painting en plein air (outdoors on location).

This exhibit has focused on ships at Alameda Point for many of his artistic works.

The Kaleidoscope exhibit is continuing through August 4.
