We could not find many winning candidates for boys in our famiies, which include first names like “Ewald” (Sorry, Grandpa) and surnames like “Schnef” (sorry, Grandma). We went with Jesse and Joseph, just because we like those names. But now that I think about it, maybe it would have been fun to have little Ewald and Schnef to introduce around.

Beau becuase it’s not that common and neither one of us associate the name with anyone else. And Edward as a middle name after my husband’s father.
