BENICIA TRUSTEE headed for jail

We wondered what the backstory was when Benicia school board member Dirk Fulton suddenly bailed in December, saying he wanted to spend more time with his family. Turns out, he’s not playing Monopoly or shooting hoops with the kids. He’s headed to prison for tax evasion.
