**Yawn** It’s Monday and there’s not enough caffeine in the world to get us started this morning. Oh to be a kid again, lolling in front of the TV on a lovely summer morning, scooping up spoonfuls of sugary cereal and watching cartoons. Of course it doesn’t help that we’re sitting here, staring at a “George of the Jungle: Swingin’ First Season” Cartoon Network DVD and dreaming of Frosted Flakes. You’re on your own for the cereal, but if you’d like a shot at winning the DVD, all you have to do is click “comments” and tell us, what was your favorite childhood cartoon? My favorite childhood cartoon, hands down, was the Smurfs. I had the albums, the figurines, and can still recite the actual words to the theme song.
You didn’t know there were words? Yep.
La La La La La La Smurf Along with Me….La la la la la la Happy As Can Be….La la la la la la Smurf a happy tune…..la la la la la la…you’ll be Smurfin soon! Etc.

My favorite cartoon was RoadRunner…it was always cool to see the coyote have things backfire.

I enjoyed “Mighty Mouse!” Thanks for a wonderful giveaway prize drawing. My husband (and sons) would really like the “George of the Jungle” DVD. My husband sings the theme song quite a bit. Please enter me in your drawing. Many thanks, Cindi

“Scooby Doo where are you” was my fave!
But I must add I really liked “Davey and Goliath” on Sunday mornings, too.

I loved Bugs Bunny as a child. Not the newer Bugs but the old one. The new one stunk.

Speed Racer – dreamed of being a race car driver when I was a kid. Probably drove like a wildman, too, when I was a teenager.
