Mom's Ultimate Family OrganizerA new school year always starts with a whoosh of paperwork, followed by calendar frenzy, which is why we thought this was so cool — a sturdy binder with family calendar pages, planning pages for organizing birthday parties or family vacations, and tabbed sections and pockets to help wrangle some of that frantic-ness into a semblance of order. Want one? Click “comments” and share your family’s best back-to-school tip, and the “Mom’s Ultimate Family Organizer” could be yours! We’ll draw a winner’s name next weekend. (Congrats, by the way, to Irma, the Wascally Wabbit fan who won last week’s cartoon DVD giveaway!)

Hands down, the best tip is to make lunches the night before. Clean out the lunchboxes (or better yet, have the kids clean them out) and prep the next day’s meal. then it’s just grab-n-go!

  2. Megan Says:

This looks like a great organizer. Hope I win!!

  3. Michele Says:

My biggest help is to lay out everyone’s clothes the night before – including mine!

  4. Marci Says:

My tip: Help your children go through all their old clothes and shoes to make sure everyhting fits and if it doesn’t then it needs to be stored away. Nothing is worse then your child trying to wear their favorite item to school and it no longer fits.

  5. Linda F Says:

Get as much ready the night before. Backpacks are packed and ready to go. Lunch, except for the sandwich, is packed and redy to go.

One word to inspire the drawing goddesses to choose me: TRIPLETS!

You can better believe I’ll put this book through a serious roadtest! In fact, I’ll use it and report back when the year is done. Ah, triple-tested. Now that’s a reason to choose me, yes?
