Hasbro and the Consumer Product Safety folks have recalled 330,000 Nerf blasters because the toy’s plunger “can pull the user’s skin” and result in injury to the face, neck, and/or chest. There’ve been 46 reports of bruises, abrasions, pinch marks, blood blisters and welts to children ages 4 to 12. Not life-threatening but certainly painful, so Hasbro is offering free plunger covers to protect little fingers. Get the scoop here.
