Hi, Cammie!
Love your idea of linking crafts with each post. The snowflake cookies were part of a holiday countdown of crafts and recipe ideas, and we're just embarking on a valentine countdown now. Hmm, flags? The closest thing was a post we did last July for star-spangled hats and stars and stripes cookies. Here's a link -
http://www.ibabuzz.com/aparentlyspeaking/2008/07/01/star-spangled-hats-other-patriotic-splendors/ - although I'm not sure it's very adaptable to Arizona's flag.

If you've run across any great Valentine crafts, we'd love to hear about them!

I just wanted to tell you how much I love this idea; here in Arizona, we don't get much snow (at least in the East Valley) and this is a cute way to bring a little bit of winter to Valley kids. I recently started a blog that is dedicated to finding fun, inexpensive things for families in the East Valley to do and I wanted to include a link of a craft to do with each post. This way, if something comes up and the family can't make it out of the house, they still have something to do. Do you have any crafts that are desert themed? Maybe a cactus or a lizard? Or even something with flags that I can substitute the Arizona Flag?

Thanks!
