NICKELODEON DVD Giveaway

We’re still celebrating Lunar New Year over here, so this week we’re giving away a “Ni Hao, Kai-Lan” DVD from Nickelodeon’s adorable Dora the Explorer-type series about a little Chinese girl. The DVD includes Kai-Lan’s adventures at the Dragon Boat Festival, at the beach, playing Twirly Whirly Flyers and making hats at a parade. And we want to know, very badly, what a Twirly Whirly Flyer is! We’re pairing the DVD with a soft, cotton Kai-Lan T-shirt (children’s size medium, so depending on your young fan, it’ll either make a cute T or a snuggly night shirt). Sound like fun? All you have to do to win this is click “comments” and tell us, what’s your child’s favorite Nickeolodeon show? Or are you a PBS family? (We’ll draw a winner’s name next Sunday. Congrats, by the way, to Misty who won last week’s Walker & Ping Ping DVD!)

Hi, I’m checking out this blog after meeting you at the East Bay Moms fair a few days ago. I guess we’re more of a PBS family. Curious George still remains number one.

We are Dora fans here, and love the multi-cultural aspects of the show! I would love to win this DVD, it looks way too cute!

For my daughter, definitely Dora.
We went to the dragon boat races this year on Treasure Island – lots of fun and they have kids activities – a fun activity day if the weather is nice.

Sponge Bob is our favorite show, followed by Jimmy Neutron! Hope we win this great DVD!

Backyardigans…Wonder Pets, Dora and Diego….in that order…My grandson (now 6) and I have seen every Backyardigans many times, as well as Dora. Wonder Pets was always a favorite of my older grandson and only this past year has it become second best as they have no new shows. Diego has become a favorite of my little grandson now. But Backyardigans is the #1 show for both on Nick. Sesame Street and Dragon Tales top the list on PBS.
