		<description><![CDATA[Here&#039;s another great adventure for teens who are interested in getting hands-on with welding, cutting, designing and creating.  The Crucible offers a variety of exciting classes for youth 8 and older where they can learn to create with metal, glass, wood, electronic gizmos, and this year a special new workshop where they can design and create their own bicycle:  Youth Frame Alteration – Hyphy Bike
Customize your bicycle in this exciting Crucible youth workshop! Students will learn basic fabrication skills in MIG welding, Oxy/Acetylene torch, grinding, and finishing to reconstruct their bicycles. Bicycle frames will be stripped and students will learn to redesign and alter its handle bars, rims, seat posts, and frames to create a unique, hip, and one-of-a-kind look that will make them the talk of the neighborhood. Students are required to bring their own bicycle, which they will transform into a bike of their own design.
Class runs 6/29 - Jul 3rd
$750 ($690 for members)
