My Moms Meatloaf. Every Sunday she cooks a hugh meatloaf and it is used through out the week acording to the busy schedule us kids have. We use for sandwiches and we add our own lettuce and tomatoes or pickles or a slice with a great salad.Sometimes mom makes turkey meatloaf and it is also great.

Tacos. And if it’s not tacos, it’s nacos (leftover taco meat with cheese and beans etc on chips) or slow cooker taco meat. My friend -who is a mom- is embarrassed that she makes tacos so much. My husband, who is quite adventurous with food, loves to have some form of tacos all the time.
