Told you I didn’t like the Mets in their matchup vs. Florida, and they’re doing their best to prove me right. The Marlins jumped on New York for seven runs in the top of the first inning at Shea Stadium. Two-run doubles by Cody Ross and Dan Uggla were the key blows.
Phillies have to be loving what they’re seeing, but it’s still early.
