Buck was 1-for-4, so that doesn’t shed any light on things. Cust gives them a little power, obviously. Also interesting that Cust hit 8th (first time he had done that since 2007).

He is lost out there. Buck is actually a very good fielder. I don’t like that part of the Billy/Bob strategy this year. I do like Nomar, however. Let’s go A’s!!!
