His fielding range is awful and he’s now hitting below .230. Travis Buck is a very good fielder and won’t get any playing time when the A’s play NL teams cuz Billy has a love affair with Cust. This situation is almost like Al Davis insisting the James Jett start at split end. Not that I want to equate Billy to Big Al. But I’m just pointing out…. Egads.
