Tim, 13 games in the majors isn’t a small sample size. It is actually 1 measure above the average for a statistical significant analysis on one individual. Add to the calculation his very different success at Triple A, and there’s something wrong in Geo’s head. He is only 24, but his window of opportunity is escaping him, if he continues to have control issues at this level. Yes, he could mature into a fine pitcher, but history shows that it’s the exception, not the rule.

SMALL SAMPLE SIZE. Give him a chance to actually play in the bigs before judging him as a player.
