And outstanding players. Never could win a single AL pennant with such a team. Several times taking a 2-0 lead in best of 5 series but never getting the job done BECAUSE he never made the winning trade deadline deal to put the A’s over that small hump. Then as time went on the foundation evaporated but there still was one last chance in 2006. But there it ended. He started unloading the best players on this for hopes that in 3 years they would be grat players. Hell you dont know if a 20 game winner this year will even win 10 next year. but he was counting on them because they were young. note- many old players once were young. i mean all of them even the terrible ones.

now because he knows no other way to operate but trade to get youth, of course he then trades the youth he acquired quickly away too, but wants you to not see it – and badded poster doesnt.

this team is spinning its wheels in a mudhole and will never move forward with him an egotist@-whole at the helm.
