But I don&#039;t think it got very far, if there was even discussion. Matsui wasn&#039;t looking like a guy who could play the outfield, and I&#039;m not sure the A&#039;s wanted a strictly-DH type guy. Matsui hasn&#039;t had a great overall season, but he&#039;s done damage against the A&#039;s, that&#039;s for sure ...]]></description>
