it`s not that the a`s hitters are so bad,it`s their approch that is bad. most pitchers throw the first pitch right down the middle so they can get ahead of the hitters. that`s probably will be the best pitch to hit in that atbat. only a few of the a`s players swing at the first pitch.

AL West race is now over. A’s are done. Might as well trade all of their worthless players for prospects. Team has the worst hitters in all of the major leagues. Whoever put this team together should be fired.

Mazzaro should never be allowed to pitch in the major leagues again. Anyone who gives up homers to David Murphy and Taylor Teagarden should be in the minors. That’s where all of Oakland’s pathetic hitters should be, too.

great the rangers seems like they’re going for it this year with several players in the last year of their contract, hamilton, vladdy (one year deal). hope their team implodes.
