We should definitely score more runs this year. I feel with the addition of DeJesus, Willingham, and Matsui, both Suzuki and Kouzmanoff will have a much improved offensive season.
I agree with McCarthy being the best option as the 5th starter.
Would love to see Harden stay healthy.He would be nice to see regularly in the rotation. Maybe at this stage in his career we should try to use him as a set up man or even closer.

I think it takes a lot of pressure off of him, and his strikeouts and double play tendencies shouldn’t be as disastrous as when he was hitting earlier in the lineup. I also am glad that Geren seems to be opting to hit Barton second, as I was concerned he’d be bumped down to 6th. With him being such an OBP machine it should give big bats like DeJesus, Willingham and Matsui the opportunity to drive him and Coco in.
