Just a heads-up that A’s left fielder Josh Willingham and his wife, Ginger, are holding a silent auction of “player gift baskets” during Friday night’s game against the Giants, with proceeds going to relief efforts for those affected by the recent tornadoes that ripped through the South. Basket items include gift certificates, signed items and other memorabilia. The auction will be held behind section 121 from the time gates open until the fifth inning.
