Has Cal lowered their requirements for student atheletes? You say that these are not Cal teams of the past. What’s changed?

Surely it’s not all Tedford. Cal has good talent, more so now than in the past. Could these same atheletes have attended Cal prior to Tedford? Has Cal lowered it’s entry standards in order to be more competitive on the football field? Bob V
