Tedford is amazing. Only thing we need to do is start cutting into the recruits that USC gets then maybe we can win the Pac 10 outright. That is our goal right now. At least we are on our way.

Tedford is a Cal guy. I feft Snyder was in a similar situation, but apparently, we simply couldn’t afford him. Now that we can somewhat afford Tedford, I hope that he’ll stay for as long as he’s willing.

I have the utmost respect for Coach Tedford. Having been attending games at Memorial Stadium since before I could walk, I have suffered through many mediocre seasons culminating in a 1-10 disaster under Tom Holmoe while I was a student at UC Berkeley. Coach Tedford’s love, not only for football, but in developing his players into men of character shows his commitment to the team and university. People who doubt Jeff Tedford’s coaching abilities do not bleed blue and gold, they have merely jumped on the Cal bandwagon. His only fault is sending his kids to Monkey Hill and not San Ramon Valley. Go Bears and Go Wolves! NCS Hoops Champs 1999.

I look forward to the day if I’m still working at Cal to pass by a statue of Tedford, the man who brought honor and discipline to Bezerkley.
