Just in case there was any confusion, all of Cal’s scrimmages and practices are closed to the public.

We know that CAL practices are closed, that is why we are waiting for you to tell us what happened today at practice. Who is #2 QB? DL? Oh man, don’t leave us hanging…

Jonanathan, Please top-post and update on this as soon as any news comes out.
Damn….Just yesterday, I was thinking “Cal is getting through fall pretty well on the injury front”

Not only does the SEC have better facilities and more passionate fans (see Mark Schlebach), they also have better beat writters.
JO-you’re gonna have to do better than immitating Tim McCarver. Information is what we need, want and desire.

corsair – I read a lot of sarcasm in the schlebach (sp?) article.
does 92,000 fans going to a spring practice indicate passion? sure, but it also indicates that there are at least 92,000 people who possibly take football a little too seriously.
Is the SEC more passionate about football than the Pac10? I can agree to that.
But remember in the West, great football is just the “icing on the cake”. In the SEC all they have is icing — and who wants to live on just icing? have you seen the bellies in the south?
Jon is doing a fine job.
