A couple Tennessee notes

Some may have read this already, but Tennessee running back LaMarcus Coker definitely will not play against Cal on Saturday. Coker was suspended indefinitely earlier during training camp. Tennessee coach Phillip Fulmer reinstated Coker last week, but said he will not make the trip to Berkeley. Coker was the Vols’ leading rusher last season.
Also, Tennessee punter Briotton Colquitt, who is a first team All-American by some publications, is nursing a quadriceps injury. It sounds like he will play against the Bears.

Saweet.
Hey Jon, do you think the Cal Fans will remember how nice the Vol fans were to us last year, that we’ll be equally as cordial toward them when they visit? I hope so because they are a really friendly group of people. I hope they can say the same about us when they get back to Tennessee and have started the season 0-1. =)

Jonathon,
I saw in your last piece that Will T is now “day to day”. What do you think the odds are of his playing in the Tennessee game? Have you talked to or seen him lately? How does he look?

It doesn’t matter if UT has Colquitt or some other scrub…they’re not punting to DJax anyway!!!!
