“[O]n July 1st we asked the court for an expedited hearing on modifying the injunction and allowing construction of the SAHPC to commence. In a move that appears to bode very well for our chances, the court agreed to hear arguments about lifting the injunction on July 17th, denying a request by the other side for a much later date. At the same time Judge Miller rejected an effort by the opposing attorneys to broaden the scope of this next hearing to include arguments about our recent changes and concessions.”

Sounds like good news is right arround the corner now. Jan, we may be delayed, but those beers are coming our way at some point!

I think there’s also no walkway connecting the stadium to the SAHPC. That means we’ll have to wait till we share a few beers on top of it.

Since the food is only power bars which contain all the necessary nutrients and vitamins but clog up the plumbing for number 2s, this might be a great means to get them down! Plus, the UC is still gaining the upper hand on these thesbians, as they refused to relinquish their waste. Thus, there are more Pinkos in front of the Marine center, than tree-hugger wannabes outside the tree cage.

When this circus comes to an end, there will be a bbq during the tree-cutting ceremony to feed arborist, police and supporters. Hope to see all of you there!

No beam, no big deal. Case-by-case consideration of non-football events at the stadium, fine. But giving the tree sitters food and water, not cool.

And ANOTHER month or more for the judge to decide?! Enough already, just get on with it!
