Maryland will be Cal’s travel test with a cross-country early game. This is one of the better non-conference schedules I’ve seen in a while and should have the Bears dialed-in for conference play.

I loved how Rivals placed MSU and Cal back to back in their preseason poll. However, I don’t get how Cincy and Pitt from the Big EASY are ahead of both teams. I guarantee that Cal won’t be at the end of the season.
