ESPN.com’s Ted Miller posted a Q&A with Cal linebacker Worrell Williams today. Nothing groundbreaking, but still good stuff. One interesting note is Williams thinks that Eddie Young will be the fourth linebacker in the new 3-4 defense. Based on last year, I would think it would be Mike Mohamed, who is listed as the starter on the training camp depth chart. Perhaps Mohamed’s injury during the spring set him back. It may be just another good position battle to follow this fall.

Hey JO,
I liked how Worrell decribed the new Tedford. It will also be interesting on what effect it has as the the season transpires.

U$C doesn’t have #1 LB corp in the country. UC Davis can beat U$C.

I think Cal will lose to Stanford this year because of Stanford’s superior LB corps
