So what are your thoughts about how Cal will do from the information you have at this point of the season?

Milo, I still think there are a lot of unknowns. The Washington State game didn’t provide much of a measuring stick. I think one positive development has been the run defense. That was a big question going into the season because of the switch to the 3-4 defense. So far, it’s looked pretty good.

Do you notice an extra “spring in the step” of the players and coaches this week? This is a HUGE game!
