		<description>Love your blog and good story on how the team is handling their first loss. You spoke about the leadership. I noticed in the Maryland game that Kevin Reilly didn&#039;t give up. He was running up and down the sidelines shouting &quot;its not over&quot; and &quot;lets go&quot; He definitely seems like the leader on the offensive side of the ball right now. I like to see that from the quarterback. What do you think? Even though they lost the game, Kevin certainly seems to be coming into his own. If anything really worried me was the game plan. I&#039;m not sure what Frank Cignetti was trying to do early on, but the run attack was non existent, and every screen pass was sniffed out quickly. It&#039;s time to get a little less predictable.</description>
