Basketball: Pacific making a move

Cal hiked its 36-20 halftime lead to 19 points when Patrick Christopher sank a 3-pointer with 19:33 left.
But Pacific has responded with a 7-0 run, prompting Mike Montgomery to call timeout with 16:59 left and his club’s lead down to 39-27. Harper Kamp is back in for Jamal Boykin, who picked up his third foul a few moments earlier.
