Not surprisingly, Cal tailback Jahvid Best has been named Pac-10 Player of the Week for offense. Cal punter Bryan Anger, who averaged a school-record 60.2 yards per punt against Stanford, including punts of 75 and 76 yards, was beat out by Washington State kicker Nico Grasu. Here’s the press release from the Pac-10.

Hey J.O. why have things seemed so quiet regarding Tepper? Haven’t heard from him, nor from the coaches about him really at all.

Robert, from what I’ve heard, he’s going to try to petition for a sixth year. I hope to catch up with him next week.

On the last drive of the 1st quarter, Riley was credited with a completion and reception of six yards in the final stat sheet. This must be a mistake. Who really caught the ball?
