Great win. UNLV is a good team. It should content for the MWC.

I think the shooting and D are Monty’s doing. Basically the same players as last year but better shooting and some actual defense.

side note: I listend to Jay John in the post-game interviews. John was a great hire by Monty.

The Championship game will be televised by ESPN 2 Saturday night at 7:30 pm. there is no mention of this on the Cal web Site, so I though I’d give you guys a heads up.

From your observation, how much does it have to do with Monty that Cal is 5-0 in early going here?

BTW, Thanks for the commentary. Checking score online doesn’t tell the whole story.
