There is a lot to be looking forward to from K Riley this season. The QB situation was judged unfairly IMO. We had an injured star RB who could have taken a lot of pressure off Kevin and an injured offensive line that had problems protecting the QB. Inconsistent WRs only exacerbated the weakness in Cal’s passing game. Assuming all 3 externalities improve in 2009, KR may relieve the pressure off Jahvid Best and the 3-4 defense and win a couple more games.
I agree with GoBears98. I have full faith that Kevin Riley has the ability that will take us to the land of the Roses. The coaches should let KR run from time to time. The WRs need to catch the ball. A healthy OL will make everyone’s job easier. The defense has already proven that it can win games for us.
