Pac-10 names new commish

The Pac-10 has announced the hiring of Larry Scott as new commissioner. Scott will take over for Tom Hansen on July 1. Scott is the CEO of the Women’s Tennis Association.

Let’s hope the new commish can get a better bowl lineup for the Pac-10. If my team has to play in the Holiday Bowl next year instead of a New Year’s Day game, I’ll be mightily upset.
