Cal football: Thompson on Lott list

Cal cornerback Syd’Quan Thompson has made the watch list for the 2009 Lott Trophy, an award former Cal corner Daymeion Hughes won in 2006 and linebacker Zack Follett was a quarterfinalist for last season.
