There’s no doubt, Javid Best is a classy kid. I hope he stays at Cal and graduates before going pro.

I was very impressed with the interview. Best was very articulate, and had nice presentation skills. He represents the school well, and he is the kind of kid that you would love to see suceed at any level. Go Bears, and thanks to Jahvid for making us proud to be Bears.

Latest news is that Best was “running routes at full-speed without any pain”. Does that mean Cal will use him as a slot receiver more this season with Vereen taking his place in the backfield?
