PattyCakes – I can’t speak for the other boards and your comment about Cal fans is simply an opinion which you can’t really objectively substantiate. So man-up, will you go away if Cal beats SC this year? It’s what everyone on this board wants. I’ll go back to coaching if SC wins.

I have already made a similar bet with your fans on the scout board in 2004. If we beat you guys then I was to be allowed to post on the board. If we lost then my privileges would be revoked. We won and my privileges were still revoked. I have learned that your fans have no integrity and that they refuse to honor their word. I lost a great deal of respect for them and I think any reasonable person would now understand why. Most Pac 10 fans I know feel the same way I do. Your fans are by far the worst at sportsmanship. For instance, you will never acknowledge that another team beat you. Maryland is a good example. It was the heat, it was the humidity, it was the time but it wasn’t that they were better coached, executed better and knocked (no pun intended) the stuffing out of Best. A year later and it still is the same boring apologetic. If you should happen to beat us this why why should I acknowledge your achievement. You never acknowledge anyone else’s including ours.
