I doubt Follet will last very long. He was a one dimensional player at Cal that unloaded on those looking the other way, and dived at the ankles of those running toward him. Special teams players have to tackle guys running their way. Cal has produced many more fundamentally sound, albeit less flamboyant, linebackers over the years. I doubt he’ll be missed much, and am optimistic about our lb group this year.

A note to JO:

If your tech guys can add an “ignore” button/function, that would be great. It’s a way for users to leap frog a troll until he/she/it is ID’ed or put away while keeping a conversation moving. A form of self-regulation.

Enough can’t be said about how persistent trolls and juvenile posters can kill a blog.

Great news! As someone who was occasionally guilty of feeding the troll, I far prefer having no troll posts on this board.

Great links. I think Z Follet, after paying his dues on Special Teams, has a real chance on getting into the LB rotation. Here’s hoping the Pain Train sticks in the League for more than a few years.

Reading Coach Gregory’s interview has me really jacked for Coach T’s appearance here. Keep up the good work, JO.
