Ex-Cal star Ryan Anderson continues to make a case for himself to be a starter for the Orlando Magic when the regular season begins in barely a week.

Anderson, competing with Brandon Bass at power forward, had 18 points Monday night at Chicago and is averaging 14.8 in five pre-season games. The Magic is 6-0 in the pre-season.

Anderson has totaled 40 points and shot 10-for-17 from 3-point range the past two games.

Great news. It killed me when RA left but obviously he made the right decision.

I’m really looking forward to Cal hoops this coming year.

    Go Bears!
