If the staff plans frequent substitutions, there should be someone accountable to check that the CORRECT personnel are on the field at the CORRECT time. This is completely inexcusable. Detail oriented? These are the things that separate Cal from elite programs. To be a successful program, the staff and players must put themselves in places to be successful. Please act like you have been more than a lower-tier pac-10 team. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm sure these types of mistakes don't happen to the degree and frequency that we have them at ...that school down south. MOREn, any comments?
