Basketball: Magic’s Anderson sprains ankle

Ryan Anderson sprained his right ankle in the third quarter of the Orlando Magic’s 110-103 victory over Detroit and did not return. The ex-Cal star had 11 points in 19 minutes before the injury.
The Orlando Sentinel reported Anderson’s status is day-to-day.
