Where’s and Pug and his kool-aid? I’m sure he thinks the play-calling is brilliant.
And, this game is over unless we shake things up. Not going for it on 4th and 1 on the 45 tells me we have no heart.

Hey Bears fans, check out the Poinsetta Bowl because that’s where we are headed with a 6-6 record. I know everyone hopes that Jahvid is okay, but this thing was sealed long before his injury. Cal is making yet another quarterback look like an All American with no ability to pressure him. The O line looks like it’s regressed again. No holes for the backs, and now it looks like Riley may be out. Did anyone besides me feel like kicking in the TV when Georgio’s kickoff after the touchdown went about 30 yards and set up OSU near the fifty? Okay, I have finally comes to terms with things. This is definitely a bottom tier Pac 10 team.

Eric, go ahead and rip Tedford if it makes you feel better. This team just isn’t as good as we thought it would be.
You can’t call good plays if you don’t have the ball. It’s no pass defense again, no pass rush again and no running game again. Oregon State only punted once, I think, at the end of the half.
I thought the shot on Riley was a personal foul. The guy stuck his helmet right in Riley’s grill. It’s lucky he didn’t get a concussion.
Giorgio’s kick was pathetic. Didn’t even make it to the 30-yard line. I don’t understand why he’s out there.

Sure looked like a person foul. But not surprising. The refs gave OSU a fantastic spot on the third and 11 play – no review – and Riley immediately went for it. They called PI on Syd that was a joke.

Sure sounds like a coaching issue to me. Why not go for it on 4th and 1? Why throw deep on 3 and 8 when there has been pressure and 10-15 yard passes over the middle have been open?
The only good news that may come tonight is if JO’s preliminary report is accurate – our first reaction was that it looked infinitely worse.

I don’t think the play calling has been great by any means, but the execution has been terrible. That’s on the players. Riley has spells where he is wildly inaccurate, Jeremy Ross drops passes and the pass defense and pass rush are awful. The offensive line doesn’t open holes or pass protect. Makes it tough to win.
I was afraid Canfield would shred Cal’s defense. Our pass D is number 115 in the nation. I don’t understand how you can rush three and they still get ten yards with short passes. Thing is Oregon State’s pass defense was number 116 and we couldn’t pass on them. They were all over Riley and all over the receivers. I don’t get it.

Pug it’s pretty easy, the 3 can’t pressure the QB and the 4 can’t cover! In other words or defense sucks. Offensively, this is the worst offensive line I have seen in the Tedford era. I’m like the rest of you, I’m a Bear…wait until next year.
