Today we talk with the newest member of Cal’s career 1,000-point scoring club . . .

THEO ROBERTSON

YEAR: Senior
POSITION: Small forward
HEIGHT: 6-6
HOMETOWN: Pittsburg

Your five-man Dream Team, including yourself in the lineup:  Magic (Johnson) at the 1, myself at a wing position, Oscar Robertson, the Big O, at the 3, I’d go with Hakeem Olajuwon at the 4, and Bill Russell at the 5.

Age when you first dunked: I was 13. We were in eighth grade and my coach always had me doing plyometics at the end of practice when the team was doing its suicides, I was about 5-11. It was a goal of mine to dunk a ball. Ater practice one day, I finally got one down.

How tall you really are, if the doctor measured you barefoot: I’d say 6-5.

How many pairs of basketball shoes you own: Too many. Most of my shoes are basketball shoes. I have at least five pairs in the locker room.

Coolest place you’ve been to play basketball: Alaska, because it was so different. That was cool.

Most daring thing you’ve ever done: The scariest thing I’ve ever done, a couple summers ago, one of my friends has a plane, I was actually sitting in the cockpit with him and he gave me control of the plane for a couple minutes. I think I did all right.

Besides Cal, the Pac-10 school with the best basketball fans: I’ll go with either Oregon or Arizona.

The worst: Oregon State.

The sport you refuse to watch: I refuse to watch baseball on telesion, however I enjoy it a lot in person. It’s more about the atmosphere in person.

The actor who plays you in the movie version of your life: I don’t know who would play me, but I definitely would want Samuel L. Jackson involved in it somehow.

Actress who plays the lead opposite you: Paula Patton.

Best concert you ever saw: I went to a concert last year with Lil Wayne and Keyshia Cole. That was the only concert Ive ever seen.

Least favorite kind of music: Country music.

Best advice you ever got: Probably from my high school coach: When you’re not working, somewhere someone else is, and when you meet he will win.”

Favorite meal your mother cooks: Her spaghetti. Just the fact that it’s hers.

Food you will not eat: Sushi.

Three people in history you’d like to have dinner with: Michael Jordan, President Obama and Muhammad Ali.

The smartest guy on the Cal team: Myself.

The funniest: Bak.

The best athlete: Probably Pat (Christopher).
