Basketball: Are Bears shuffling off to Buffalo? We’ll know for sure in 3 hours

ESPN.com bracketologist Joe Lunardi’s lastest incarnation of the mock NCAA Tournament bracket — as of 10 a.m. PDT — has Cal seeded as a No. 7, playing in Buffalo against Old Dominion. The Bears would face a potential second-round matchup against Big East Conference tournament winner West Virginia — a very tough assignment.
FYI, Cal is No. 22 in this morning’s updated RealtimeRPI.com rankings. In other words, the loss to UW cost the Bears just two spots. No real harm.
Pac-10 tournament champ Washington is projected as a No. 11 seed, playing BYU in New Orleans.
Also in New Orleans, but in a different region, could be Saint Mary’s as a No. 11 seed playing Texas A&M.
We’ll know the official draw sometime after 3 p.m.
