Anything on the price? I currently am a season ticket holder and renewed for 2010 season. I want to renew for 2011, but does anybody know how much it will be?

I’m looking forward to the pre/post game as much as I am the games at AT&T.
Than going forward we get a brand new Memorial Stadium to enjoy.
Very exciting stuff.

i think they fit 50k in for football. not sure though, but the whole bay side has it’s own temporary stands of about 40 rows compared to the 4 rows in the arcade. No matter what, it’s a pretty sweet venue for football, and makes postgame just as fun, if not moreso.

JK Oski, sorry no link. I recall reading that about a year ago when the temp location was discussed. The other thing I recall reading was that the Raiders concern was field conditions.

you guys raise a good point about season tickets. If they played at the stick or coliseum, there’s be enough spares. At ATT w/ only 43k forces the issue of being bumped if you don’t renew. Also you’d lose your place in the queue if the Bears make it to Pasadena in Jan.

Emerald Bowl seats what, 43,000? Good luck getting seats if you dont have season tix already. Scalpers will make a killing.

Can you provide a link about Crazy Al? I’m not surprised by this at all. He likely didn’t want a better team in his stadium.

You’d be crazy not to maintain your season tickets through 2011. There will be a smaller capacity in Memorial, and tickets will be a hot commodity just like any other new venue.

Much better choice than that 2 other garbage can facilities (and locales) under consideration. They set it up pretty nicely for the Emerald Bowl. Ferry in, stroll down the Embarcadero…..not so bad.

Hey it’s only one season and 6 games. Thing is…the Giants look to be good and that means perhaps games into early Nov.

Any way, if the Bears played at the Stick, I wasn’t going to renew my season tickets and buying again in ’12. (The Yorks are dopes but they’re right, they need a new stadium). Wasn’t sure about the Coliseum.

At ATT, I think I’ll renew. Tailgating, places to hang. I think it could be really fun…for one season. It’ll be interesting which side the donors sit in. The bleachers on the field could be very cool.

The facts are they will add more seats to AT&T. Should be about 50k and higher when you add standing room only.
This is the best venue by far. Tailgating and bars will be outstanding. Every game will be quite an event.
Only question in my mind is maybe try to get the sc game at the Coliseum. Other than that every game at AT&T with increased seating capactity is a great move for the program for the year away from Memorial!
Ferry students by bus early and let them roam the scene and tailgate and then bus em back so they don’t have to drive.
