Football: No extra TV for Cal

By Jonathan Okanes
Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010 at 9:42 am in Football, off-season stuff.

–The Pac-10 announced only one additional game to be televised by Fox Sports Net this season — the Nov. 6 game between Arizona State and USC. That means the number of televised Cal games still stands at four, with the possibility of other games being added during the season as part of six and 12-day windows the conference has with the networks.

So the reports saying the sanctions announcement would be coming on Friday were wrong. That does not mean its not going to happen. Check the column that Dan Wetzel wrote about it on Rivals/Yahoo.
