Pac-10 commissioner Larry Scott is on the road, making his case for the teams targeted to join the conference. But although the Pac-16 still seems likely, it appears there is still a lot of work to be done to make it a reality.

If the new ‘conference’ should have 14 teams with
2 divisions; I wonder how the two divisions would split the 14 teams?
